  • Liability Release: By attending an RPEA event, you assume reasonable risks associated with event attendance and agree that RPEA is not liable for personal property loss or injury incurred at event venues.

4. Text Messaging (SMS) & Voice Alert Terms

If you opt into RPEA’s text or voice alert service, the following terms apply:

  • Program Description: Text and voice alerts are used exclusively to send notifications regarding RPEA events (e.g., event reminders, venue changes, or registration updates). They are not used for fundraising, advocacy, or third-party marketing.

  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on the schedule of upcoming events.

  • Cost: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

  • Opt-Out Instructions: You may cancel text alerts at any time by replying STOP to any text message received from RPEA. Once you send “STOP”, you will receive a single confirmation text and will no longer receive SMS event notifications.
