Thomas Lally

Tom is the current treasurer of RPEA. He also served as assistant treasurer. Tom retired from the New York State Department of Correctional Services in April, 1995. He has served on the Finance Committee, Research and Long Term Care/Deferred Comp. Tom headed the Medicaid Study and served on the Past Member Survey Team, and has done research and independent analysis for the Board.
