Kathleen Liberty

Kathleen joined RPEA in January 2005. She has held many roles and is currently the Program Manager handling the day to day operations. She was the 2009 recipient of the Cynthia Wilson Award for Excellence. She studied at Marketing and Public Policy at Canisius College and University at Albany.
