Jeanne Majors

Jeanne retired from the Port Authority of New and New Jersey in 2005, having spent her entire career at LaGuardia Airport as a clerical assistant. She became active with the CWA (Communications Workers of America) and ultimately the entire clerical staff voted to join the CWA local. Jeanne became Vice President, and then President of the branch. She was later elected Secretary for the Union, representing the interests of nearly 10,000 members in New York and New Jersey.
