Bianca joined the RPEA team in the Spring of 2025, bringing a wealth of experience in constituent outreach, engagement, and relationship management to her role as director of member engagement. Hotte has previously worked as regional and constituent outreach representatives with Congressman Paul Tonko and then-Congressman (now New York State Lieutenant Governor) Antonio Delgado. Her background also includes policy and advocacy work with the Commission on Independent Colleges and Universities (CICU).
In her new role with RPEA, she will focus on membership development efforts, executing programs and services that support the needs of retirees, and working with vendors to provide enhanced programs and benefits for members.
