Barry is the current second vice president. He also served as executive vice president and treasurer of RPEA. Barry retired in 2004 as an Assistant State Comptroller after 40 years of service with the New York State Comptroller’s Office. He has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2005. Additionally, he was former chair of the RPEA Audit Committee and Assistant Treasurer.
