➡ Increasing the pension Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA), including a long-overdue catch-up provision
➡ Raising the pension earnings threshold
➡ Ensuring equal skilled nursing facility coverage for NYSHIP Empire Plan Medicare-primary retirees
➡ Addressing IRMAA to protect retirees from unaffordable Medicare-related costs
