NYS Office for the Aging health insurance information, counseling and assistance (HICAP) assistance for older New Yorkers with Medicare and private health

NY Connect provides assistance with long-term services and support programs, both medical and non-medical, for older New Yorkers and persons with disabilities of all ages.


NYS Health Insurance Program (NYSHIP) provides health benefits to NYS employees and retirees and to the employees and retirees of other public employers, such as local governments and school districts, that participate in the program (participating agencies).
