At RPEA’s Annual Meeting in September, New York State Comptroller Tom DiNapoli was our keynote speaker. Following his remarks, the Comptroller and RPEA Executive Director Ed Farrell took a moment to recognize and honor Paul Moore for his dedication to public service, advocacy on behalf of retirees, and time spent on RPEA’s Board of Directors. Following 14 years of serving on the board, including as a past president, the Annual Meeting was Paul’s last as a member of the Board. We are grateful for his service to New York state and local government retirees.
